In the media industry in modern times there are many factors and problems magazine companies would have to consider.Less people are buying magazines all across the globe meaning less money is being made in this line of business, people can find out the same/more information that the magazine could have provided via the Internet and other technologies.

As the magazine companies have become aware of these issues, they have been thinking of various ways in which they can still sell their magazines without the sales figures falling. Some ways they have/could use to increase the buying numbers would be to make it more appealing to the audience by having a specific target audience. They cabn also create extras such as posters,add-ins,pull outs to catch the readers eye more, the more they advertise their product ie a magazine, the more likely they are to sell it to more people.
